ENTERPRISE GOVERNANCE & SECURITY

Security Posture & AI Governance

How Indivision Technologies isolates client data, prevents unauthorized model training, and enforces deterministic guardrails across production AI systems.

1. Zero AI Model Training on Client Data

We strictly configure all commercial foundation model endpoints (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI) under commercial enterprise terms that guarantee Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and explicit exclusion from public model training datasets. Your proprietary business logic, customer inputs, and internal databases are never used to train or fine-tune public models.

2. Tenant Isolation & PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS)

Multi-tenant data isolation is enforced at the database kernel level using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Every database query executed by user sessions or background agent workers is cryptographically constrained to the authenticated organization's scope.

3. Deterministic Blast-Radius Spending & Action Limits

Autonomous agents are never granted unbounded execution authority. We enforce hard mathematical spending ceilings, rate limits, and maximum transaction sizes in code that cannot be overridden by model outputs. High-stakes actions (such as publishing major advertising budgets or deleting records) always trigger a human-in-the-loop review queue.

4. Secrets Management & Serverless Isolation

API credentials, database passwords, and third-party access tokens are never committed to repositories or exposed to browser clients. All third-party API communication is routed through serverless edge functions running on Deno or Cloudflare Workers with encrypted environment variables.

5. Regulatory Compliance Support

While each client is responsible for their own corporate compliance, as your engineering implementation partner we construct your software to support compliance with:

  • European Union (GDPR): Data minimization, right-to-be-forgotten database cascading deletes, and secure export pipelines.
  • California CCPA / CPRA: Explicit opt-out registries and privacy-by-design data architecture.
  • India DPDP Act (2023): Verifiable consent capture, purpose limitation, and user data rectification/erasure endpoints.
